I am finding it very difficult to use the Wireless Tool Kit for simulating my JSR-82 application. Can some one please help me how to use it.

WTK is a bit difficult to crack. I would advice you to first install EclipseME (http://www.eclipseme.org/), and then add WTK as the simulator to it.

Or else, you can check out other JSR-82 Simulators available in the market like BlueSim (http://www.javabluetoothstack.com/bluesim.htm) and Impronto (http://www.rococosoft.com/blue_simulator.html)
