Hi all,... I am trying to develop a bluetooth application.. I've found that Java provides an API for this. Is there any similar API's provided by other programing languages, and which of them are easy to develop?

Yes there exists SDK's for bluetooth development in other languages also. For eg: Microsoft provides bluetooth SDK to develop application over its stack.

But the mostly used and supported api for bluetoth development is JSR-82 specification, as almost all mobile phones now support this.

Widcomm SDK is available for free. You can download it from here (http://www.broadcom.com/products/bluetooth_sdk.php)
