hi everyone,

Im a complete newbie in Java bluetooth and my project is based on it! I really dunno where to start.. to tell the truth, im lost.

My project objectives:
1. Connect a Mobile phone to a PC via Bluetooth.
2. Develop a java application that will make the mobile phone sends and retrieves GSM SMS.

I have installed WTK2.5.2 and i planned to develop the java application using Eclipse3.2
After reading the JSR82 basics, should i have Avelink or BlueElectric to get it done?

Please, can anyone show me the right way?

Best Regards,
Michael

WTK is just a simulator. To do realtime testing you'll need a real bluetooth stack. ElectricBlue is best since it's really fast. To get started with coding just go through the articles in this site.

Best Regards
