I have a bluetooth keyboard for my PC and tried to write a simple app using JSR-82 to connect it to my cell. I can discover services on other cell phones but for some reason I can't on this keyboard. I know it has HID, GAP and SDP. I keep getting a "Service not available" message.

BT: INQUIRY_RESULT: 00:16:38:BE:A1:DF
BT: INQUIRY_COMPLETE
CMM: BT keyboard
BT: PIN_REQ
BT: PAIRING_COMPLETE
BT: BTEVENT_LINK_CONNECT
Service not available

I enter the pin correctly and the keyboard is paired to my cell and thats it.

Anyone ever tired something similar?

Luke,

I'm the last person to instruct you how to develope for bluetooth. I'm very new to java programming. You should check out this site it has samples for client/server using JSR-82 bluetooth api.

click on "Articles" on the top menu bar for examples.
