JSR-82

Hi All!


This is my first post in this forum.

I am newbie as far as programming in java is concerned. But due to some urgent requirements i am required to work on this platform.

I am trying to build a client-server application that communicate via bluetooth. In my case the server resides on the local desktop whereas the client is any bluetooth enabled mobile phone.

I am using bluecove implementation of jsr-82. As of now i am able to detect the remote device from my pc and also some OBEX_OBECT_PUSH service on it.

I would like to be able to transfer data between the device and my pc. I believe i will be needing to use OBEX for this. But i am totally blank about it, so can anyone please help me get started with this? what is OBEX? how to use it? etc.....

Also any other related information is highly welcome!
