does if have all the same things has the k750 i whant to download something but only work with phones with MIDP 2.0 and JSR-82 Bluetooth

my Nokia N95 is just searching and going off and on over and over. i think it have a bluetooth problem because on bluetooth it saying initialization something. what can i do? please comment.
